What if I need support?
We attempt to eliminate the need for support with the Site use courses we  provide to you, which you may review at any time, at no charge on this site. If you feel you need additional support you may purchase Support Tickets at a cost of $50.00 each (minimum of 5). If you fail to use any of the Support Tickets we will apply the unused tickets to your hosting fee when you execute continued service after your Free Year of training.
Do you monitor our site's training activity?
YES, we do. Starting at your fourth (4th) month in your year of training we review each site to determine if the applicant is actively using the site, and, if not, we will contact the user to assist in increasing site use.
What happens when the 1 Year of training expires?
In the fourth quarter of your training year we will contact you to  evaluate your use of the site at which time a determination will be made if you would like continue the service on a monthly fee basis. No matter what your decision is, you will be given the 1 year of training service for $5976.00.
