As our name suggests, Real Home Fitness aims to introduce you to a range of fitness techniques to help you achieve the level of fitness that you want without making it a difficult or complicated task, at home or work.

We like to think of ourselves as your home/work fitness & wellness club where you can forget about the physical fitness training programs and physical fitness exercises of the past which were often characterized by those boring hours of "circuit training".

Real Home Fitness Training Programs..

Conditioning Program Levels 1-4: an overall total body fitness program that includes cardiovascular and resistance training. For all fitness levels.

Functional Training Program Levels 1-4: An overall total body fitness program emphasizing the core and natural body movements.

Core Training Levels 1-4:  Specific abdominal and lower back training using medicine balls, bands/tubes and more.  

Stability Ball Levels 1-3: Total body fitness using a physio-ball and geared to strengthen overall body, specifically the core area, emphasizing balance & stability

Medicine Ball Training Levels 1-2: Specific training using a medicine ball and specific exercises emphasizing core strength & power

Bands & Tubes Training Levels 1-3: Specific training regiments with rubber resistance bands and tubes. Total body exercises to help strengthen the body from the inside to out..

Sports Conditioning Program Levels 1-4: Sport specific, cardio emphasis with various pieces of equipment and overall sports training to enhance speed, quickness, agility, reaction time, flexibility, strength & power.

Leg Training for Power/ Speed: Exercises specifically targeting the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves.

Circuit Training Levels 1-3: Method of training using stations of specific exercises & interval rest, with various types of equipment to promote Total Body cardiovascular training designed to improve respiratory function, coordination and overall fitness

 Kettlebell Training: Total body exercises using a Russian kettlebell for resistance. Overall strength; power, explosion, and overall functional strength. "Better have strong wrists!"

Tennis Conditioning for Speed/Power: Specific to the movements and needs of the Tennis player such as speed, quickness, reaction, coordination, strength & endurance.

Golf Conditioning Levels 1-2: specific training to the movements and needs of the golfer such as Biomechanical conditioning tom improve strength, flexibility and injury prevention.

Boot Camp Training:  Style of training that emphasizes those movements and exercises often found in military regiments. Rigorous cardiovascular and strength training for those who just want to be punished.

For more than 20 years in the business, Darren Pangle has made it a point to continue his education, to broaden his certifications, update his practices and principles of training.


We can provide references.


Please feel free to ask us for the names and phone numbers of other clients with goals similar to yours. Call to see if they were pleased with their workouts and if they felt their individual needs were addressed. We make it a point to listen to our clients, and their wants and needs are important to us.

 
We carry liability insurance and we will provide business policies in writing.


We operate as independent contractors and are not employees of a fitness facility. You should feel comfortable knowing that if you want to hire us, we carry professional liability insurance. 
Darren and Elaine are reputable personal trainers, and will make sure you understand the cancellation policy and billing procedure. The best way to avoid confusion and to protect your rights is to have those policies in writing and we will provide copies of these documents prior to the start of your first session.<Our Contract >

We are able to assist you with your special needs. 


You will fill out a health history questionnaire to determine your needs or limitations. <Health Profile Form>  If you have a medical condition or a past injury, we will design a session that takes these into account. If you're under a doctor's care, we will discuss any exercise concerns with your doctor, and may ask for a health screening or release from your doctor.

We are upfront about the personal training charges.


Rates vary, depending on the package purchased, the number of sessions requested and the length of the workout session. 

We respect your decisions.  

We want to be the kind of training which makes you comfortable.
Some people like to exercise in the morning, some in the evening. We will try to accommodate your schedule. If you think you do better working with a trainer of the same sex, let us know. We will respect your personal decision to train with Darren or Elaine. We believe in positive motivation and reinforcement not negative! So let’s get started!
